Bad customer service

Very Very Very Very bad, poorest service ever, never buy from Rochester. I bought a R40k set of couches, collected them from their warehouse in Rosslyn PTA on a Saturday, got home, unboxed the stuff, found that one couch is broken, phoned Rochester straight away, then the tossing around began. Firstly, they wanted to charge me a R1k to deliver the couches to my place which is like 15mins away from the warehouse, I opted to fetch them myself on my 1.3 ton truck. They are refusing to exchange the damaged couch because l opted not to party away with a thousand bucks, poured R50 worth of diesel into my truck and fetched the couches myself, everytime I phone, l loose R100 worth of airtime being transfered from one clown to another and at the end of the expensive call l get a useless reference number. Each time I call l get a different ref number and nothing is being resolved. Anyone planning to spend their hard earned cash on furniture, go buy somewhere else not Rochester, check their online customer reviews, they are all downer, this company is so futile to the extent that I wanna make them famous for their atrocious, lousy, awful, dreadful customer service. These guys take corporate bullying at a whole new level, they pride themselves in mistreating customers, they think they are too big to attend to individual customer complaints.
