Bad customer service

I called customer care yesterday to complain about a leather lounge suite I bought in January 2024, priced @ R45 000. I spoke to a consulted by the name of Zodwa, who did not even sound like she wants to assist. She kept on putting me on hold without any explanation what so ever. She eventually gave me a reference number: Reference Number is: RO-ROCH-*** and told me to take a picture of the couches and send it via WhatsApp to a certain number and someone will attend to my queries. No turn around time was given, no explanation that makes sense. I sent the pictures as instructed and still no indication of the message being delivered 😑
