Bad customer service

Customer service is greatly lacking. I had to dial three numbers as the numbers provided online don't deal with online orders. The last line at the end of it all just randg endlessly and went unanswered. On top of that, whoever mans the online chatbot is very condescending, unhelpful and impatient.
