Bad customer service

I have had terrible service! I am so disgusted at the customer service I have received thus far. Every time I call in the salesmen is convieniently not available. Our goods were delivered damaged, I reported it the same day and didn't receive a call back. I had to call back again the next day and finally my complaints were logged with head office. This was over a month ago and I'm still waiting for the goods to be exchanged. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday.. I'm sure its no surprise that they weren't. Its disgraceful to take thousands from people and not deliver. I receive no feedback from headoffice despite my emails, I receive no feedback from Cornubia mall branch... I will NEVER support this company again.
