Bad customer service

My couches went back to Rochester warehouse for Grafton Everest inspector to inspect the couches. It was found that the couches must be credited. They collected my couches on the 13th of Feb 2019 and told me that i will receive my credit between 7 - 10 days time. They told me that they can not refund me the delivery costs and the master guard costs. So i lost about R1000.00 It is now 12 days and i did not receive any amount in my account. It cost me a lot of airtime to call the warehouse to speak to Lettie, Lettie is never available to talk to. It seems that no one can sort out this problem for me. It is now 7 months that i am suffering to get this sorted out with Rochester.
