Bad Customer & Extremely Poor Delivery Service

<div>I ordered couch which paid last year in October and office desk which was a Layby. Everything is Paid off but getting my deliveries is a struggle, they keep on saying will deliver tmrw then comes tmrw they say next week. It’s been 2 weeks of waiting , I have no place sit nor study 📚. I just want to cry at this moment because I called customer service several times and sent them plenty of emails. What must I do now 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. Please do urself favour never ever order from Rochestor including Hifi Corp .</div>
