bad business practice

I bought goods at Rochester maponya mall. upon delivery i realised that the were *****s missing, the goods were returned back to the where and delivered again for the second time without the same *****s. i have cancelled that order and now iam told to wait 14 days for refund and i want to use it somewhere else. their customer services is pathetic. their customer agents are unable to listen, they believe that they are always right.
