Bad bad bad

<p>After six weeks no furniture. Was not even ordered correctly by sales person. Now we who owes them not a dime, must be satisfied with ONE chair!!! Zane the store manager will go AGAINST COMPANY POLICY will lend us ONE COUCH that we don't want. What must we do with one couch after 6 weeks because we now have to wait ANOTHER 4 WEEKS FOR OUR COUCHES. All they do is apologise and nothing else happens. Promises are empty and ridiculous. Zane is never there or he is there to say SORRY and go against company policy. And we. We must just take it!!! Clearly Rochester as a company does not understand the new Consumer Act. </p>
