Bad after sales service- Rochester (Brooklyn Mall)

Rochester finishers is really bad, I bought a modular couch from them in December then noticed that the couch delivered has parts that are broken and I reported it to the store (Brooklyn Mall) and till now they haven't replaced the couch and they are both saying anything. The one thing they know how to do is sending an sms telling me about "a repair being booked with JDS", I mean I don't the couch repaired rather replaced. I'm at a point where I don't want their couch anymore, they must just come and collect the entire set and give me my money back, I'll go buy a couch somewhere else, but definitely not Rochester. Bad customer service overall. Should I ever need anything with regards to furnisher, Rochester is a store I'm not buying at anymore.
