Bad after sales service!

Purchased two recliners on 24 Jan 2020. Told that there is a 2 plus 4 year warranty on upholstery and mechanism. However, nothing in writing. Head office said only I Yr because product imported. I informed them that I do not wish to settle for this and wish to be refunded instead. Head Office then said it is the branch manager's mistake and she should allow me to choose any other two recliners without having to pay in the difference. She agreed and said the deficit will be carried by her branch. Ever since she is ducking and diving and keeps on making excuses not to resolve the matter. Roshester Furniture shop in Mall of the North Polokwane is indeed wasting my time and playing games. Branch manager extremely unreliable and indeed not a person of integrity! Forces me now to take legal action. Shame on you Roshester!
