AVOID Rochester at all costs

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I paid R19,000 for this couch, expecting good quality but within just two weeks it was already sinking and losing its shape. The cushioning feels cheap and poorly made which is unacceptable for the price.

What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and received no helpful response and when I did get through to a support agent, they were incredibly RUDE. Like I paid for this, I’m allowed to expect good quality.

For something this expensive, I expected durability and professionalism neither of which I received. I would not recommend this couch or this company to anyone.
