Assembling parts missing

I bought a mattress and base at Rochester in Thabani mall, when I tried to asssemble it the were pieces missing. I've called the sales person helping me and she said I'd be assisted by the guys in the polokwane branch as thats where i reside. I haven't had any response as to when anyone will come to assemble the pieces.
