APPALLING SERVICE RENDERED BY ROCHESTER FURNITURE

I would like to bring to your attention and express my dissatisfaction with Rochester furniture , I am not sure if I will ever do any business further with the company or even recommend any of my friends or Family to Rochester .

Please see all my email correspondence between myself & Zeei with regards to my Non delivery / Incorrect delivery of the furniture , Today its Thursday I have since been awaiting information from Zeei with regards to my delivery , How long must a customer go through so much abuse by the sales Rep & the delivery guys ?

1)The driver who delivered my couch on Saturday the 25th ( Incorrect couch ) named Mohau promised to come back on Monday to Deliver the correct couch , I had to get someone to be at home on Monday and there was no delivery nor communication from either Zee or the driver 2) I am still sitting without a bed & a headboard since Saturday , is this really the kind of service Rochester delivers to their customers ? 3) Zeei DOES NOT COME BACK TO ME WITH INFORMATION , When I call him he keeps on giving me all the internal politics & problems within Rochester , I AM SICK OF HIS EMPTY PROMISES .

I Tried calling him again this morning but to no Avail , I think he doesn’t take me seriously and he is taking me for a complete idiot

Please get back to me with the delivery date or Arrange for the furniture delivered to be collected asap , This furniture was meant to be delivered on the 25th November , Today its the 4th of December & yet gain i am struggling to get though to Derek R or anyone at Rochester to give me information I received an sms that reads as follows " Dear Customer your Rochester complaint # ********** 923 has been assigned to the relevant team to action Regards Customer care " WHERE IS MY CORRECT FURNITURE ???????????????????????????????????????????????????? ,

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY BAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I AM SICK OF LIES & PROMISES FROM THE MANAGER NAMED DERRECK & SALES REP ZEEI
