Appalling service!!!!

I went into the Fourways store on May 29th 2023, ordered and paid for a bed and 2 side tables. I was assured to receive my stock on May 31st. I was then told the bed left in stock was broken and I needed to wait for 7 days. 7 days came and went and I was then told to wait for a month!!!! I was extremely frustrated but accepted it. I waited patiently and finally the bed arrived today with *****s missing so the entire bed was taken back to the warehouse and I must wait until God knows when. It's impossible to get hold of the manager or person I was dealing with at Rochester Fourways and I am absolutely appalled by your service - TO SAY THE LEAST!!! I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone, not even my worst enemy!!! I've absolutely had it!!!
