Appalling Service by Rochester

It has been almost four weeks since my day bed was taken in for repairs and no one has bothered to contact me. I went to the Centurion branch and they gave me a customer care line to contact which no one ever picks up or when they pick up, it cuts off!

I am never give this company business ever again!!!
