Appalling service

I bought furniture at the Clearwater branch almost a month ago to this date delivery hasn't happened. Firstly, they messed up my order which caused a delay in delivery. Then, the delivery truck got hijacked on the way to my house. Now, they can't get hold of me to arrange for delivery. Funny thing is I can call them and get through. I must say this has been one awful experience. The lack of communication is appalling and no remorse whatsoever. I will never buy there again.
