APPALLING SERVICE AND LACK OF ETHICS IN BUSINESS
I purchased an Angelo day bed lounge suite from Rochester in 2016. The set required some repairs, surprisingly in such a short time. Unfortunately the warranty had already expired and I was provided a quote of R 2500 to re cover the set. A week later the quote jumped to R 8000 for exactly the same set and repair required. Almost 2 months later and my set is still not repaired and they still demand the amount of R 8000. Height of ********* business practices!!! I would like to believe that this is surely not in line with the Rochester brand and it's principles.

After a long and frustrating wait, my set was replaced for which I am very grateful.
