Appalling Service

Why is there no star option because WOW the WORST service ever!!! I thought it was a particular branch but no its the whole group. I am told the warehouse made a mistake with one of the couch pieces i purchased; they have to now collect everything, and delivery is to take place in 5 days. Why am i being inconvenienced??????? The agent even kept quiet when i asked for his name.
