Appalling service

So I bought a coffee table from Centurion store on the 24th September. It was delivered damaged and subsequently collected a week later. I have called , went to the store requesting that they deleven my table. But everytime I am given excusesome. I have also requested a refund since his table is not forthcoming, still the sales person does not give feedback as he promises everytime we speak to him. The sales person is Ngonidzashe, I am fed up of wasting airtime calling him and wasting petrol going to the store. He doespecially not call or give feedback on this matter. I want my money, that's all I ask. My husband registered a complaint on rochester website over a week ago but still no one is contacting us. Wow Rochester I am done with you. Someone better call me back. Your service leaves a bitter taste in my mouth
