Appalling service

I have never in my life had such bad service. I bought a lounge suite Feb2018, not even 2 years later the two seater's back piece broke. I reported it in Jan 2020. Then the wait began, close to two months later and alot of phone calls they collected it. A week later it was delivered. Checking that all is in order, it was not. The stitching was not redone, sponge was falling out and the material was torn. They took it back. Then the calls began again, they had all the excuses in the book, same as the first time. They new about the lockdown and did not make one efford to call and say what there plans are for delevering it. Im sure im not the only one without our furniture. Never again
