APPALLING DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!

I have received the most horrible delivery service from Rochester! This has happened numerous times. First delivery, I waited 6 hours for the deliver, driver called around 11am to confirm he is on the way and arrived at 5pm upon arrival he said there are not enough people to carry couch up the stairs and returned back to store with the couches, WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY STATED I LIVE IN A TOWNHOUSE!!! Second delivery, driver called around 1pm to confirm he is on the way and ARRIVED AT 7PM, COMPLEX RULES STATE NO DELIVERIES AFTER 6PM!!! I had to drive the truck in myself in order to get my items!!! Third delivery, THE INCORRECT ITEM WAS DELIVERED!!!!! It has been a week and a half since purchase and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY BED!!!
