Appalling Customer Service from the Stonerige Store Manager!

I purchased couches at the stoneridge branch 3 months ago. There was a price difference with the instore price versus the system price and im still awaiting my refund .All relevant docs was submitted .Manager was not helpfull at all.Unproffessional staff, they contact every 3 weeks with new docs that they require.
