Appalling customer service

Rochester team in Greenstone is unprofessional and need to be taught a few things about customer service. They don't bother to let you know when your order will be delayed and even have the audacity to shout at customers.<br> <br> Dulcy and Jean, you can rest assured that I will not be visiting any Rochester Home Decor in my life time.<br> <br> All I ask is that my refund is processed so that I can forget about this nightmare.
