Appalling after sales service- Rochester

Purchased 2 lounge suites- had good service in store. One couch had bad stitching work on the back rest. Logged a call to have it repaired/replaced about 8 weeks ago. The warehouse has twice gone to an incorrect address- an address which we have never lived at. Can't get hold of the call center. The store keeps escalating the issue- to who we have no idea. Total incompetence- we are so disappointed and frustrated.
