My visit started with a simple inquiry about the compatibility of the Incredible Connection account with Rochester products. The consultant seemed clueless and unable to provide accurate information.

Upon further discussion, I was asked to provide my fingerprint to check the account balance. Later, I was assured that I could make a purchase. However, I explicitly mentioned to the salesperson that I would return when I was ready to buy. There was mutual agreement, or so I thought.

Shockingly, a month later, I discovered a debit of R1700 from my account. Contacting the call center revealed that it was for a lounge suite purchase—a purchase I never made. Even stranger, my credit limit was insufficient to cover such a purchase. The salesperson falsely claimed that I had agreed to return and pay the balance, which was an outright lie.

What's worse? Despite three months passing, this issue remains unresolved. I continue to be debited and harassed by the call center. My account has been sent to the collections department, and every attempt to resolve this nightmare has been futile. Each time I call, I am shuffled from one person to another, with no real resolution in sight.

My credit and reputation are at risk due to something I never bought. Visiting the store for resolution has been a joke. They claim it's fixed, yet the problem persists. And when I reverse the unauthorized debit, they have the audacity to charge me for their mistake.

This store operates like a den of *******. The moment you give them your fingerprint, beware; you might end up purchasing something against your will. The arrogance of the staff is appalling. When I sought resolution, instead of help, I was accused of lying and treated with disrespect. The sales lady had the nerve to call me a ****, despite my clear intent of making an inquiry, not a purchase.
