Agonizing services

I took my couch for repairs after 2 months of having it. Rochester collected the couch on the 29 of January 2019. A month later they are still repairing it. They say 10 to 15days to repair but now we are way past that. There is no escalating procedure. Ref number RO-z- ********** 4-1386
