Rochester Refund 485***78 - CRM 9000***611

I placed an online order on the 30th July. This order was supposed to be delivered 20 days after payment is made. After the promised date, there order was not delivered and went on for weeks.

I then asked for a refund as my patience was growing shorter. 12 days after replying to an email for my banking details, still nothing. Further enquiries proves to be futile and the online chat today the 02nd is as follows

Roger Good day, I trust you are well, Please contact our finance/accounts department on *** or email *** for further assistance.

I want to warm customers of this store inability to deliver goods. After paying R200 delivery fee and have to follow my order proves incompitant.

In that period, i placed orders with TakeAlot and with days of paying no delivery fee.

Such a disappointment
