Absolutely unacceptable service from Rochester

I ordered a couch on 26 November, received confirmation, and even got an SMS stating the delivery date as 1 December 2025. That date came and went with no delivery and not a single word from Rochester or their drivers.

Every time I call customer care, I’m told the same story: the couch is “leaving the warehouse,” or the matter has been “escalated.” Yet their own system shows it’s still sitting in the Cato Ridge warehouse awaiting couriers. Not once has Rochester reached out to update me. I have had to call repeatedly, only to receive empty promises and no action.

Today is 10 December 2025 and still no couch, no feedback, no accountability. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is shocking. I am utterly disgusted by this experience.
