Absolutely shocking service at Rochester, The Grove in Pretoria

Absolutely shocking service received from Rochester @ The Grove in Pretoria. The Branch Manager as well as the Sales person, Deon Muller offered shocking customer service. We paid in full for a base and mattress bed set and waited for almost 2 weeks for delivery. Delivery was made without the guarantee and we are still waiting for the guarantee :( We ordered two couches from the same store and paid the required deposit. After 5 weeks, we enquired as to when we could expect delivery only to be informed that our order had been cancelled and that we would have to wait another 6 weeks. Totally unacceptable .... We then requested that our order be cancelled and that our deposit be refunded. Not a problem - no apology received and they gladly cancelled our order. What kind of service is this? After two weeks, we are still waiting for our deposit to be refunded.
