Absolutely livid

I will NEVER order anything at Rochester. Ordered a bed online on the 23rd of September. It is now the 9th of September. First of all they do not even keep you in the loop with what is going on. Their online service and customer service lines are pathetic. There is always a network problem. I had to use my airtime to call them each time to follow up on the bed that I ordered. Till date I sleep on a blow up bed because I do not have a bed and cannot afford another 5000 to get a get elsewhere.

They have inconvenienced me in ways I cannot imagine. Almost 2 whole months waiting for a simple bed.

I would never recommend to anyone. Pathetic pathetic pathetic. Now I was told only after I called in that my refund has been concluded and money will reflect in my account between 7 to 14 working days. What is that??

I am absolutely livid. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating. A negative zero is what they deserve.
