A month later, refund dololo

Today is the 3rd time I write a review about this business. A whole month has passed without me receiving my refund. I am no longer sure what I have to do to get my money back for an item I never received. I am being sent from pillar to post, no one gives me a definitive response. All I can advise anyone who wants to buy from them is: DO NOT DO IT! Find another reputable furniture store and spend your money there. These people take consumers for granted! *** *** *** ***
