7+ Days and still no couch

We app**** for credit on 25 Sep 2017 at the Rochester Northgate with the assistance of Linda Jaka. It is now 4 Oct 2017 and we still do not have a couch. I queried various payment options (6 months vs 12 months) however by Wednesday I had completed the forms and had select the payment term and sent all my documents. Funny enough Linda Jaka was still asking for more documents from me, which makes me concerned if she has been sufficiently trained? How does she not know which documents she needs for a credit application? With everything signed and submitted (confirmed by Linda Jaka) she said the couch would be delivered by Saturday (30 Sep 2017). Did not happen. Monday, she told us we were approved for the credit which confused me as she had said we had been approved for R50 000 on 25 Sep 2017. I had to remind her that we still have not been sent any bank details for our deposit, which she sent and i made the payment. She now says the payment has to reflect in order for the couch to be delivered which is strange, because then why request a proof of payment?

Ridiculous *********** and know very little about her position or how a basic sale works - in need of serious training because she is bringing the Rochester name down.
