60% cancellation fee

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>Rochester Lynnwood is penalising me for 60 percent. I paid in R10 700 deposit. After a year of not coping and failing to secure credit funding from th ecompany, Im left with cancelling. The capital amount was R34 000. The balance is R24 000</p> <p> </p> <p>i have cancelled since. The manager needs to give me the full R10 700.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need my money.</p> <p> </p>
