22 Days no refund received

I have been waiting 22 days for my refund to occur. <br> On the 3rd day I called to ask where my money is and I was told it takes 10 - 14 days<br> On the 14th day I was told they are looking into it.<br> On the 17th day I was told I can expect money on the 18th day<br> On the 18th day i was told they bank with Standard Bank, my reply was so do I...<br> I am yet to receive my money!<br> <br> It seems working with the regional manager doesn't help anymore than working with the sales manager, who has no power anyway.<br> <br> I am fed up with this company, its shoddy products and horrible service.<br> <br> Every sale Rochester makes, they are *****ing money from honest citizens because there is not one aspect of dealing with them that was anywhere near average in standard.<br> <br> From the moment I paid my money, I have received nothing but excuses and bad products. <br> <br> I wish I never dealt with this company to begin with. I will make sure that no one I know will ever set foot in a Rochester again. <br> <br> Calculate the compound interest on my money (At prime) for every day after the 14th day (7 days worth) and add this to the money I will be receiving.<br> <br> I do NOT wish to be called, send me my money TODAY and we can be done with each other
