12 business days later, no refund!

I bought a bed for my partner on the 8th of March and never received delivery until the end of the month; at which point I asked for my money back. Was told to bring my bank statements as proof of purchase as well as the receipt. On arrival I’m told by partner’s bank statement are required instead.?.....after minutes of shouting my partner gave them his internet bank statements and we were told the refund would be in within 10 working days , today is day 12 and nobody is saying a thing, I have not received My refund. Rochester has got no regard for customers post sales, I want my money Rochester!!!!!!????
