10 weeks and counting...

<p>I ordered and paid the deposit for a couch in the beginning of February from Rochester Boksburg. They told us that it would take 7 weeks. It's been 10 weeks now and I still haven't received my couch. Rochester didn't even contact me to say that there is a delay with my couch. Instead, I had to phone them twice for them to say that there's a problem with the material and we must just wait. This is so unprofessional and absolutely pathetic service. </p>
