I received a unwanted spam advertising sms from Rochester, Craighall from number *** at 12:20:54 this afternoon. They have obtained and used my cell number, which is private information, without my consent. I require them firstly to cease and desist from sending me spam adverts and secondly to immediately remove my cell number from their mass email spamming database. They do not have my permission to have and use my cell number for any purpose whatsoever. Furthermore they do not have my permission to give or sell my cell number to any other person or party. If they have given my cell number to any other party they will contact that party and instruct them to delete my cell number from their records. I consider their possession, obtaining and use of my cell number without my consent to be ******* as it is private information.
