1 year 10 months; That's the wait

<p>I bought furniture from Rochester Woodmead. I waited an unreasonably long time for them to deliver the furniture. And have written to hellopeter before because of mix ups and plain poor service and an absence of communication. They delivered the wrong headboard, and even though I contacted them the same day, took a prolonged time to come and fetch it. They eventually came to pick up the incorrectly ordered headboard, but I haven't heard from Rochester since. I'd like a refund and to cut off all my ties with this shop. </p>
