0% interest, just for advertising purposes

I was called by Rochester a while back, saying I do qualify for 0% interest. I went to the store Rochester - Roodepoort Strubens Valley and there was a big board saying 0% up to 12 months. I app**** for the bed set but to my surprise there was no such thing as 0% interest , instead my application came back with R2000 interest and I was told to contact the Head Office and I was given the number. Few days back I saw an advert on Facebook about Rochester 0% interest, then I told them my story and they promised to investigate and the following day they came back saying the 0% interest only started on the 21st of August but I went to the store on the 05th of August and the big BOARD for 0% interest was there. Up until today I have not yet received my bed. People must watch out for Rochester Furniture Store, they are ******, misleading customers with their **** adverts.
