'We don't give a **** about our diabetic customers...always moaning or complaining about something.....'

Roche used to make excellent diabetes diagnostic products. This all started changing a few years ago. Now their products don't work, are not user friendly and you can't record your results on your phone because none of their apps are compatible with Huawei phones. A lady by the name of Corine Verwey called me to tell me this today. After a thoroughly unpleasant phone calI, where she seemed to be blaming me for her product not working, I decided that Roche was no longer the company for me to be involved with so I picked up a different glucometer from my doctor today. A sad decline for a once great company......
