Promises not kept

I used ROC Aluminium to service two sliding doors and replace three panes of glass.

Once the work was done the team failed to check in with on whether I was happy with the work. I wanted some work done which we had agreed in discussions, but they failed to do this and wanted to charge me a call out fee to do the work.

My recommendation is to steer clear.
