Outstanding customer satisfaction

We bought a ball for our female bull terrier which she unfortunately destroyed in a short time (although the longest lasting ball for her). I reached out to Robust A Ball and was helped by Angela. She arranged to have us sent a replacement ball (Rugga XL) for Khaleesi at no charge. It was delivered to my door and already seems to be a better shape and fit my my *********. I really appreciate the gesture and the lengths Robust A Ball went to in order to ensure customer satisfaction. They even sent us a purple one, which is what we originally wanted for her. Khaleesi is already enjoying her new ball and they even inserted instructions on how to maintain the ball. Outstanding service.
