Robsmail dont have good customer service. On the 30th April 2026, i bought a 2022 240i bmw purple 💜 . Same day I noticed the PASSENGER SIDE headlight condensation, which I ask the sales man about he told me its nothing its pressure washer from the carwash.i took the car home the vapor in the headlight disappeared . The following day it rained the vapor came back worse. Informed the guy about it he first said he didnt know nothing about the condensation acting like i didnt tell him, forgetting i had taken the photo of the car before i drove off the garage, i had to send the photo of the car proof that i took it like that n i asked you about it he then suggested i shud take it to the nearest bmw dealer, I took it to bmw emalahleni they then notice things on the car signs of an accident repaired car .the motor plan rejected the light claims because the car shows the signs of repair. Shaun the sales man told me they will deal with bmw for such claims.4 days passed I wanted his feed back he told me they did quotes the still wanna do more so they can replace the light , he texted told me I should come 20 may for light change i went there they took the car for fixing i assumed they taking the car to their trusted bmw since they claimed bmw is lying about the accident repairs. After bmw's claims i noticed both side skirts are glued they have been fixed some body parts of the car have been repainted also. And the doggy part about robsmail since 30th April I am struggling to get a car dis and number plates I suspect the car has more... but I have decided to call mfc and tell the all dis problems since I have proof on me

I recently took delivery of a new BAIC X55 from RM Bryanston. At handover, I was informed that the branded BAIC floor mats were out of stock and that I should return to collect them once new stock arrived. At no stage was I told that these mats would be an additional charge. When I later followed up to arrange collection, I was then told I would need to pay for them. This directly contradicts what I was told on delivery day. If the mats were not included, this should have been clearly communicated upfront not after the vehicle had already been handed over. I proceeded with delivery based on the understanding that the mats formed part of what was already discussed. Changing the position afterwards feels misleading and reflects poorly on the dealership’s transparency and customer service. They just want to ******* customers.
