Worst service ever!

I went to Rob's on 9 June 2017, for a simple tyre change. I had the new tyres on the Rims in the back pf the car. Upon arrival they informed me the power was out and I should return at a later stage. A few hours later I phoned to confirm the power has been restored. Upon arrival the second time I informed them I had to leave in 35 minutes for work, they agreed they would have the tyres changed by then.
They were awaiting a lift since my SUV was to heavy for the two open lifts 10minutes after arrival I personally informed, whom I believe is the manager, that the one lift was open and nobody was assisting my friends and I. After the car was parked at the lift it took yet another 10 minutes without any assistance whereafter I informed an employee I had 15 minutes left for the simple tyre change, also asking if the task could still be completed which he confirmed. My friends and I personally removed the tyres from the car getting our hands very filthy.
After 23 minutes of waiting they finally started on my car, the manager informed my they were very busy but except for the one car that left their was only one other car in the entire shop. With only 5 minutes left and not one of the tyres had been removed yet, I removed 3/4 caps from the rims, with an Allen key, to speed up the process. I had set my timer on my phone to 35 minutes when they agreed 35 minutes was enough time to complete the task. When the timer went off they had only started replacing the one wheel. I went to pay and the presumed manager asked what the alarm was for I informed him it was to leave for work. He informed me they were very busy once again where after I told him, I was told it would not take more than 35 minutes. I told him I could have gone to another business to get the task done. He rep**** saying now you now where to go next time in a sarcastic tone. I rep**** saying:" another business ?". He answered saying yes.
While they were so "busy" I personally saw him walking around talking to different people, not all employees. The first time in my life I had to pay for a service and render a part of the service myself. If he had any respect for clients, wanted to do business and keep his word, he could have helped the staff render the service. Unless the manager himself does not know how to render the service, which in that case I do not know how he could be the manager.
One of my friends that accompanied myself, is also a client of Rob's Tyres for a few years already. He and I expected a lot better service but was horribly disappointed.
My opinion and cleary that of the presumed manager is to go to ANY other business than Rob's Tyres in Centurion. Worst service ever!
I can not believe an employee of the business would be hired taking in to account the disrespect he has for customers.
