Tyre reseller not competent

Bought Tyres from this Company a year ago. Yesterday I had a problem on another vehicle with the thread that came off. As I was close to Rob's, I went there for help. He was busy closing @ 13h30 and I asked him to sell me a tyre. He said he is closed and I must come back on Monday. So much for a person who sells tyres and does not care about his customers.
