Property Dispute

I have bought a house through Robow investment with Standard Bank account no ***. This house was built in 2012 same time when the bank started deducting the money. I went to do inspection only to find the house was occupied by the builder, because of the fight they had with the developer. I decided to occupy the place in 2014 despite that it was incomplete as I was already paying the bond, I feel that the bank and the developer are at wrong as NO ONE from the bank came to inspect the place. I thought it was one of the prerequisite to send the inspector before they can pay the developer, and I believe I was not suppose to be dragged between the developer and the builders conflict. Now I stay in a house which is not properly completed but I pay the bond every month to standard bank. I once complained to Standard bank but they said they have nothing to do with that, but I failed to understand how can they pay somebody for something that they haven't seen. PLEASE HELP MY BOND HOUSE IS A LIVING HELL. I need someone from the bank and the developer himself to come and sort out THIS MESS.I went to NHBRC, Ombudsmen, LHR, Public Protector office, and NCC to complain but no success
