Robotics World ****

I've bought a camera from Robotics World in Western Cape on 22/11/2020 and they promise delivery but nothing yet. First they said that they reverse my payment on 23/11 because the delivery is a problem and after that the payment never came back because they didn't have my bank details. The one guy is Desmond on this nubmer *** and Monica Ryley on ***and ***. The website www.roboticsworld.co.zalook legit and I've lost R12k. How can we stop these people from *****ing other people's money?
