What a disappointment!

I found this company on line and introduced them to my employer as the courier company of choice. I made a booking and payment before hand as per their requirement and as per the quotes and instructions from Mr. Alvie. He was initially very prompt and friendly until the payment was done. Robotic express never delivered service as per agreement neither did they refund us. We had paid for same day delivery but by the end of the day, nothing had been delivered. Mr. Alvie blatantly **** that the driver never found the sender yet the sender waited the whole day for the driver who never pitched up. Since we never trusted his theory, we asked him to send the driver and make sure that he phones us in case the driver had a problem locating the sender but nothing happened. Mr. Alvie then decided to ignore any form of communication from us;he literally hanged up every time we called him and never answered any of our emails. After 3 days of struggling to get hold of Mr. Alvie and Robotic express to deliver the service we paid for, I had to take time from work to pick up the consignment. I am very disappointed. Clients should be very careful before opting to use this company's services.
