Robo Installations payback delay tactics

Robo Installations did our solar installation in 2023 but we found the battery was a bit small for our requirements. As a result I requested Robo Installations to obtain a second matching Pylon tech UP2500 24V Lithium Battery. We paid them the full amount of R13000.00 on the 24th July 2025 and to date have not received the battery. After a multitude of "reasons" and excuses ranging from supplier problems to personal issues, (10 months later) I asked for my money to be returned. This has been met with various delay tactics again ranging from " we are waiting for our deposit back from the supplier" to "we might have to pay you back bit by bit". I explained to them that we are their customer and our payment was to them, Their deposit /payment issue with their supplier is not actually our problem. but they choose not to accept that.
