Misleading advertising

I ordered three wooden crates from this company Robin Wood who advertised these goods on Marketplace (Cape Town). When I received them I saw they were not the same design as advertised, nor was the wood of the same quality at all, rather inferior and rustic which is not how they were portrayed in the photos. No response to numerous messages from us to the owner/s of this company. Not even an apology or an explanation. Also, when ordering, we had specified that the crates were to be used to store records and it seems obvious to us that the person who made the crates is not a professional carpenter as the size was not worked out properly. We are really struggling to get the records in and out of the crates as the fit is too tight. They made the crates to the exact size of a record without leaving at least a space of 1/2 or 1cm on each side for ease of use. Now the records fit too tightly in the crates and its difficult to get them in and out. They seemed like nice people to start with but we worked out quite quickly (once they had been paid!!!), that they weren't running a professional operation. I don't wish bad luck on them, I really do hope they will now pull it together to offer a proper service to people who order from them and to be honest if they are not able to create the same goods as what is shown in the photos.
